Registrations now open for Energising Essex event featuring North Falls
Registrations are now open for the East of England Energy Group’s (EEEGR) second ‘Energising Essex’ event and the first in-person session, featuring North Falls’ Project Manager Martin Whyte and other offshore wind developers.
Energising Essex is a series of free events organised by EEEGR and supported by the North Essex Economic Board (NEEB) and major local developments and energy projects, including North Falls, to highlight the upcoming energy developments in the region, their timeframes and the range of potential economic benefits they could bring.
The first event in January showcased Sizewell C nuclear plant while the second event, set for April, will focus on offshore wind. As well as North Falls, it will feature speakers from operational Harwich-based offshore wind farm Galloper and its planned extension project Five Estuaries.
The event is being held on Thursday 21st April 2022, from 0800 until 11am, at The Waterfront on Lower Marine Parade in Harwich.
If you are a local supplier with an interest in learning more about the offshore wind sector in North Essex, you can register your interest to attend via this link.
EEEGR says: “Whether you are already in the energy supply chain or just considering how your business might benefit from the opportunity, join us to learn more about the £122bn of investment set to take place in the region by 2050.”
