DCO consent decision delayed until 28 April 2026
On 15 January 2026, the Minister for Energy Consumers, Martin McCluskey, announced, on behalf of the Secretary of State, that North Falls Offshore Wind Farm’s (North Falls) Development Consent Order (DCO) decision has been delayed until 28 April 2026.
North Falls will continue to work closely with the Planning Inspectorate, Secretary of State and other key stakeholders to submit the information requested ahead of the new decision deadline.
