North Falls publishes Statement of Community Consultation
North Falls has today published its Statement of Community Consultation (SoCC), which was prepared in accordance with Section 47 of the Planning Act 2008 and sets out how the local community will be consulted on the proposed development consent order (DCO) application for the project.
The North Falls SoCC gives details on what the project will consult on, who it will consult and the methods to be used. It also includes all the details on how to respond and feed in comments.
The SoCC is available to download (2MB) here: North Falls Statement of Community Consultation however if any interested parties would like a hard copy, a request can be sent to North Falls via email: contact@northfallsoffshore.com or freephone: 0800 254 5340 providing a name and postal address.
Copies can also be viewed or collected from local community venues: Clacton Central Library, Frinton Library or Tendring District Council.
Having published the SoCC, North Falls is now finalising the production of the project’s preliminary environmental information report (PEIR) in readiness for the statutory consultation under the Planning Act 2008. This run from Tuesday 16 May until Friday 14 July, 2023 and will include both online and face-to-face opportunities to get involved.
